Building Information Modelling – BIM

BIM is above all a way of working. It involves managing the building information and modelling, in order to help all players to use and to share it.

Digital evolution is now affecting the construction of industrial and commercial buildings, as well as their operation exploitation throughout the life cycle, thus increasing the efficiency of their operation and the efficiency of their construction.

By linking geometric information, spatial relationships, geographic information, quantities and properties of building elements into the form of BIM, all aspects can be managed more efficiently.

According to the study commissioned by the Chamber of independent building consultants KUB in 2017, 90% of the surveyed professionals declared that it was difficult to find the right staff and appropriate training offers.
